One of the greatest blessings of the You Night program is watching how the community rallies around the women we serve. Maybe it's because we all know someone who has had or is battling cancer. Knowing that we can use our talents to give to others -- and to make their lives better -- is what makes the world go around. Talents come in a variety of shapes and sizes. From make up artists, to choreographers; to costumers or photographers -- if you love using your talents to help others, we would love you to join our volunteer team. Salons, makeup artists and stylists
Many of our participants will share that cancer has stolen their beauty. "I just don't feel pretty anymore", is a comment we constantly hear. Our program helps women rediscover their inner and outer beauty. Some of our activities involve make overs.
You Night has many activities throughout the year requiring the artistry of stylists. Events include:

Boutiques empower our participants
While the changes that come with cancer can be daunting, they may provide an opportunity for our participants to have new experiences and perspectives as well. Our boutiques are valuable partners in helping women see themselves in a new light. Perhaps it is picking out hats and shirts that they wouldn’t have thought about before to cover a bald head or new scar. Or maybe it's the joy of not looking at a price tag and being able to just go for it by stepping outside of their comfort zones and choosing something they would have never been brave enough to wear! It's really not about the clothing they are wearing but the energy you bring back to their physicality.
Their bodies might be weathering the storms but our styling partners help carry these incredible women forward as they grow to see themselves more powerfully beautiful than they thought possible.
